Our mind and soul connection lies within us and leads us to following our path. We all have the spiritual intelligence that enables us to go with that “gut feeling” and to learn how to listen to that “inner voice”; also known as our intuition. Following our intuition requires us to learn how to let go of anything that does not serve our highest good and to lead with an open heart. The universe wants us to go with the flow, the flow of life that may often lead us to the unknown. There may be many experiences along the way that have come to us to help us grow on our journey. Some may have the straight path mapped out and many of us may need to take the winding road, either way it is beautiful. It all depends on our perception, the way we look at every road we have crossed to get to where we are meant to be.
Following our intuition means to stand in your power. It means to keep shining your light and your souls desires even on the days where you may feel indifferent. We are all on a mission to feel whole, that feeling of total and unwarranted completeness. It is so easy to let oneself get lost in our path, it usually happens when we stop believing in ourself. Often times we let our minds overthink situations and doing so creates a reality that really is not our reality. Think to yourself; How can I be the best I can be? Is my ego taking over? Take a moment. Close your eyes and feel it all through the top of your crown down into your heart. That is where you will find your soul connection and it will lead you onto a path that only you can create.
Sometimes we are thrown off a bit. When our universe decides there are things that are not quite in alignment we may receive a little turbulence. It may come when you least expect it. This is temporary as long as you see it as being a temporary situation as you may find yourself quickly wanting to quit. When we are uncomfortable and things are not working out as we planned it is our first emotional go-to. It is okay. It happens to the best of us. Take a break, readjust what you need to and see where this may take you. Our ego usually steps in and punches you right in the gut! I hate to say this, our ego is really not our friend. Our ego is usually what stops us from moving forward. Our ego is usually why we have a hard time creating peace within us. Think of our deep breath as a way of telling our ego, good-bye. Once we learn to say farewell to our little nasty friend we may find that our life will change drastically. Our relationships become easier, our sense of self becomes stronger and our ability to love becomes deep. When I talk of love I mean a self-less love. Can you truly say you can love someone unconditionally? No matter their flaws and their differences.
Everyone has some sort of path they came into their lifetime to follow. Choices are made and lessons are learned. If you chose one way rather than the other there is a very good reason for it. Don’t beat yourself up if the other way may have had a different outcome, perhaps a better one. The choice you made was made for a reason and sometimes we do not find out what that reason may be until much later on in life. You know the saying “Live life with no regrets”? It holds so much space and value for us. Many of us tend to beat ourselves up over things we had no control over or a choice we made. Getting stuck in the past will keep you stuck if you don’t let it go.
A prelude to something more…
Love and Light, always!
