My writing comes from a place deep within my soul. I love sharing my life and all of my experiences to help others find peace within themselves. Every life experience encountered is another opportunity for us to learn and grow from. Like the lotus, we have the ability to trust the light, grow through the trenches and believe in new beginnings.

Life is our book and there’s always time to add new chapters and re-write our story. Our journey and the path that we are here to follow is unique. Allowing our story to unfold is solely up to us. It’s the inevitable journey of navigating how to be human in our spiritual world. I sometimes find that to be one of the most greatest challenges as well as the most rewarding.

My journey had many ups and downs and my path was never straight. I chose to take the winding route that was filled with obstacles. That is where true freedom and happiness comes from in the end. We must allow ourselves to see the light through the darkness, it’s the only way light appears.

Be fearless, love and allow yourself to be loved and most of all; Listen to your soul. You have a gift to always follow your intuition and allow your soul to align you with where you’re meant to be.
